Doubled-sided

To attach the LED to heat sinks or to other structures, it is recommended to use a thermal double sided tape. It doesn’t acts as an insulator between the support of the LED and the dissipa- ting-plate, but it helps the transmission of the heat and therefore it facilitates the dissipation. The thermal paste has similar operation.
